Our volunteers come to us for a variety of reasons. Some were Top Church Training clients who we encourage into volunteering as a way to move on in their lives and regain a sense of purpose. Some are looking to make a change in their lives after overcoming their challenges. Some are looking to move closer to the jobs market or have ambitions to go to college or onto other training, and others are looking to make new friends, learn some new skills and give something back to their community. Whatever, their reasons, our volunteers are amazing and we value every one of them highly. All of our volunteers can access our high quality training programme combining on-the-job activities with some fun and engaging workshops.
